Homemade Pizza

This will be a pretty short post mostly about the pizza dough cause the sauce is kinda of a family secret :) and its awesome, just to let you know. For a long time I've been making a shortcut crust that doesn't have to rise but this time I decided to go for it and make it the long way. Not too bad, you just have to either start 2.5 hours before you want to eat OR make the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours while you're at work or at school and the dough will rise slowly. I did the latter.

I don't have any pictures of the dough cause I'm retarded and forgot to take them :P

Pizza Dough (this makes one thin crust)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 Tbs olive oil

Directions
Mix everything together well, and dump out onto a floured surface. Knead for 1 to 2 minutes until it comes together well, form a ball. Spray the bowl with cooking spray (like Pam) place the dough back in the bowl and roll around to coat dough. Cover with plastic wrap and either let rise for 2 hours in a warm place, or place in the refrigerator for 8 hours and let rise slowly. Once its done rising, remove from bowl and gently push all of the air out of the dough. Reform into ball and let sit in a warm place for a final 20 minutes. Roll out into a thin crust and top with sauce, cheese, and topping and bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

Good stuff
